Sue Taranto and Kaylee Lett, the names of the mother-daughter duo behind the bakery you all know and love.
Being Italian, they always had a passion for food and baking. From making handmade pasta to Italian confectionary, these two were always Queens of the Kitchen. However, after many years of dietary struggles, Kaylee discovered her gluten sensitivity. After having little success finding quality products and baked goods, they were motivated by the challenge of adapting their traditional recipes to be gluten free. Following much trial (and much error!), in 2017, Forgot the Flour was established.
Forgot the Flour is an online-bakeshop. Orders may be placed through our online shop, via text or social media messaging. Once confirmation is received, your order will be ready for pickup in approximately 7 days.
