Yes! We are a completely gluten-free bakery and understand what it's like having Celiac disease. All of our products are made in a separate health-inspected kitchen, so everything is 100% safe to consume for anyone avoiding gluten, including those with Celiac disease 

We have a limited amount of items available for same-day pickup. It is best to send us text or a message via Facebook for current pickup list

If we don't have what you're looking for in stock, please place a custom order through our website. Everything is made to order, so please allow approximately 7-10 days from purchase, depending on volume and holidays. We will message you or contact the number provided in order to schedule pickup

Yes! All of our vegan and dairy-free products can be found under the "vegan" and "dairy-free" sections of our shop

Yes! All of our keto products are sugar-free and diabetic friendly. We use erythritol in our products as a sugar substitute

NO! NEVER. Xylitol is highly toxic to cats and dogs. We are animal lovers and understand that pets are family

Custom cakes require at least 14 days notice so we can purchase the required ingredients and decor. Our standard cakes require a minimum of 48-72 hours notice. Orders with less than 72 hours notice may be subject to a rush fee (especially during holidays)

We are a home-based, online business, which means orders are only taken online.  Everything is handmade fresh to order.

Porch pickup is available at 1405 Morton Drive. Your order will be in the cooler on the porch once payment is received and pickup time is arranged

We recommend storing all of our products in the fridge, for a maximum of one week. All of our products can be successfully frozen and thawed. All product information and storage directions can be found on the product label

All of our cakes are 3 layers and serve a minimum of 8 people. We recommend a 6" cake to serve a family of 5 with some extra. If you require more servings, please message us for a price quote.

We are happy to using your image as inspiration adding our own artistic flair! However, we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.

All custom cakes are priced based upon size/servings and the complexity of the design. We also offer edible images at an additional cost

We take great pride in all our products. All sales are final, with the exception of custom orders cancelled with sufficient notice. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can fix any error, and return the uneaten portion within 24 hours. Partial or full refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis, but please note that we do not provide refunds in cases where an item was prepared correctly but a flavour or texture did not meet a personal preference. 

Our refund policies are as follows: 

• Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders
• Orders not picked up will not be refunded
• If there is a defect in your product please return it promptly, or the portion remaining, within 24 hours of pick up.   In this case we will provide you a proportionate refund for the amount returned if we determine there is a quality deficiency.  We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves. 
• Cakes which have become unusable due to a recipient’s failure to follow instructions provided with the cake delivery (ie. not transported on flat surface)
• If you try one of our products and just don't care for it, then we hope you try something different next time; however, a refund will not be given.
• Cake flavour and texture is subjective. Full refunds requested due to flavour or texture after the cake has been accepted and picked up will not be honoured. You may qualify for a percentage of a store credit if the product is brought back and the quality of the cake flavour or texture is determined to not meet our standards. Cakes must be brought back to us within a timely manner, preferably with 24 hours of pick up - please call or email us promptly to let us know of the issue. Quality determination is solely at our discretion. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for cakes that have already been completely eaten.
